I think Fette Sau means something not so great in German, but that shouldn't dissuade you. This place is legit. Full on BBQ. Pulled Pork Shoulder, Brisket, Sausage with lots of fennel, and Pork Belly. AND YOU PAY BY THE POUND! Shit.
Back it up with some Gus's Pickles and Sauerkraut, and pretty much everywhere it's gonna be hot.
