Degustation
This is the weirdest restaurant we've been in since we moved to New York. It looks like a sushi bar, but Spanish. Like high-end tapas. This blurry mess was a slow-cooked egg in Parmesan broth with chanterelles, matsutaki mushrooms, crispy green onion, asparagus, and pea flowers.
