Momofuku Noodle Bar

We can't stay away from Momofuku. And as much as I love the momo ramen, I keep forcing myself to try the rest of the menu. Tonight I had the Fried Poulet Rouge and was richly rewarded with 1/2 of a perfect, juicy, crispy chicken bathing in Ginger Scallion Broth. I don't know what happened to the other half of that poor chicken, but I kind of wish it was in my mouth. Top three chickens ever. You have to eat one of these things. After it was all gone, I dipped my left hand in the sauce and ate it down to the second knuckle before I was too stuffed to continue. Will continue post from the hospital. Peace out.
